the contron cloud service process supervision system created by cyg contron aims to help customers realize the final use value. through the following five management requirements, it realizes the supervision of the whole serviceprocess and provides customers with five security guarantees:

1. electronic sign-in upon entering or leaving the project site

every time any memberof the contron service team enters and leaves the project site, the on-siteelectronic tag shall be read with the mobile terminal app to verify theitinerary, so as to ensure that the service is effective and controllable.

the mobile appindependently developed by cyg contron integrates the functions of taskacceptance, task implementation and task reporting, including entry report,installation, commissioning, maintenance record and departure report, all ofwhich must be filled in and confirmed on app. relying on mobile communicationtechnology, it can maintain real-time online communication with the cloudservice center, provide task information data for customers and cloud servicecenter in time, and easily supervise the whole service process.

2. on-site inspection procedure management

the project shall beinspected first and then implemented. service personnel have to fill in theon-site inspection information form accurately and normatively, and apply fordelivery and construction only after submission to ensure accurate and orderly implementation.

3. data compilation audit management

the cloud service center sets up a professional data audit team, which isresponsible for the engineering data audit in china, and the data can beapplied on site only after it is proved to be correct, so as to ensure that thedata is standardized and unified.

4.advanced service support system

relying on modern itcloud technology, the contron cloud service system is supported by theindependently-developed csms customer service management system (software), andthe  independently-developedmultifunctional mobile app (hardware). based on the ubiquitous 2/3/4g wirelessnet work, an advanced and efficient system can be ensured.

5. professional bar-code traceability system

in 2011, the companybegan to implement the bar-code management for all the products, and thecustomer service department of the cloud center realized information managementfrom delivery tasks, ex-factory inspection, system joint debugging to productrepair. the electronic invoice is downloaded through the handheld terminal(wifi client software), the bar-code of each product is scanned by infrared and checked electronically against the invoice to ensure that the goods and the dispatch list are consistent, and ex-factory inspection and joint debuggingrecords are made for each product with the handheld terminal; the relationship between the product and the end user is bound to ensure that the productquality can be checked and controlled.
